Beyond client work, you'll help build internal tools and products. We work in focused sprints, and you'll own projects end-to-end.

About the Role
You design and you build. You care about interactions and polish, and you get annoyed when things don't feel right.
You don't need to be a hardcore engineer. If you can get the same results using AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or whatever the hottest flavor of AI is at the time — that's great. What matters is the output: beautiful, polished sites that work.
You'll build marketing sites for startups from the ground up. You'll own projects end-to-end — from design exploration to production code. You'll push what's possible when design and engineering are the same person.

Work directly with founders to understand their vision

What We're Looking For

Strong visual design skills — you can create, not just implement

Able to build in React/Next.js and modern CSS (with or without AI assistance)
- ✓
Eye for interaction design and micro-animations
- ✓
Can move fast and make decisions without hand-holding
- ✓
Portfolio that shows both design and development work
- ✓
Comfortable working async and communicating clearly in writing
Nice to Have

Experience with Framer Motion or similar animation libraries

Familiarity with CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, etc.)
