How we share work

For most reviews, you’ll receive:
  • A Loom walkthrough (watch this first)
  • A Figma link for comments
This keeps feedback anchored to the exact UI.

Where feedback should go

Preferred:
  • Figma comments (most actionable, easiest to track)
Also works:
  • Slack notes that reference a specific frame/section

Response expectations

  • Slack messages: same business day when possible
  • Figma comments: within 24 hours
If something is urgent (site down, broken form), just say “911” in Slack.

What we need from you

  • Consolidated feedback in Figma (ideally from one owner)
  • Clear priorities (what matters most vs. nice-to-have)
  • Timely approvals when we’re ready to move to build

Approvals

Before we move into build, we’ll ask for a clear “approved” on:
  • Layout + section order
  • Visual direction
  • Key visuals / product imagery
  • Final copy (or “good enough to ship”)
We’ll document approvals in Slack so there’s no ambiguity.
